I managed to finish my Groom Block for the Civil War Bride quilt yesterday. I combined the peacock block with the traditional male figure found with the original quilt (except that i left his hat off). :)
I am still trying to decide whether to put something (cherries? an apple?) in his right hand or not. :) I like the way he turned out ... red roses, a peacock for handsome-ness ... my kinda guy. :)
